I stayed here in December and appreciated the helpful staff who checked me into a clean room with a beautiful mountain view, making my early Christmas Eve morning less stressful while being just a quick walk away from the vibrant Museum of Contemporary Art and the picturesque Denver Art Museum, perfect for me as I love exploring on foot.

Everything here was excellent, I would stay here again. The hotel was perfect, and exceptionally clean, and the location was excellent close enough to walk to the heart of Downtown. Every staff member was excellent and efficient. My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator.

Clean, modern, close proximity to downtown and sports complexes with an excellent staff and many amenities, including free breakfast and noon check-out.
It would have been nice if they offered shuttle service to lower downtown, especially during the evening.

Perfect spot for exploring Denver!
Loved the modern vibe of this place! Staff was super friendly and the gym was nice. They have this tasty fruit-infused water in the lobby-so refreshing after a long day. Breakfast was decent too. Just wish the parking wasn't such a hassle. It was pricey and spots were a block away, which isn't great when it's cold out.

The staff were very helpful. Also loved the mobiles in the dining/lounge area.
The fan in room 601 came on too often and when it shut off, it made a shuddering pounding noise.

It had a room available! And then it turned out to be a huge room with a great shower and (once I got in) terrific wifi.
Horrible - dangerous signage: The elevator buttons in the lobby weren't labelled (I know this is a new hotel - but this is unforgivable). The elevator buttons on the second floor didn't have up and down arrows on them. The large elevator only had one set buttons on the right side so you were always asking someone to press a button for you. I had to figure out that I had to use my electronic key to go through an unlabelled door (really - a completely anonymous black door) on the second floor to find my room. The exit door on the hallway had an Exit sign above it but not on it. Valet parking only - no self-park. I know it's a new hotel, but the signage was the worst I've ever seen and possibly even dangerous.

I was going to the Bruce Springsteen concert across the street, so the location was perfect. My room was nice, although it was a handicapped room, which I was not aware of until arrival. The staff working the Buffet Breakfast and the Valet were very helpful and nice. I liked the buffet breakfast (great quiche) and the artwork around the hotel, as well as the common areas.
The $25 valet parking fee and the front desk was not terribly helpful. When I asked for a dinner recommendation the answer was "Go to the 16th street Mall and there are lots of places". Not too helpful. I could not get the tv to work in the exercise room.
